Arnaud Hemricourt
Founder & Chief Everything Officer... but above all, consultant.
With over a decade of experience in consulting and industrial environments, Arnaud Hemricourt has built a career at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic development. He has held leadership roles in renowned international consulting firms (KPMG, Deloitte), where he led complex engagements for major players in industry, healthcare, logistics, and the public sector across Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and beyond.
His expertise spans the entire value chain, with a specialisation in supply chain, continuous improvement, operations digitalisation, and the management of transformation programmes. He has successfully led large-scale projects, from the redefinition of operating models to the implementation of ERP strategies, as well as the oversight of high-impact initiative portfolios.
Driven by a deep conviction — that individuals and organisations possess within themselves the resources to evolve and adapt — he founded Aptare with a clear ambition: to offer consulting that is demanding, accessible, and human, delivering high added value. Consulting that goes beyond recommendations, firmly rooted in action, hands-on support, and the transfer of know-how.

Théo Van Ingelgom
Management Consultant
Théo is a doctor in psychology, specialised in neuroscience. Organised and curious, he combines data analysis and a fine understanding of behaviours and organisational dynamics. Attentive to the realities on the ground, he prioritises listening, empathy, and the co-construction of concrete solutions to anchor them sustainably in practices.
