Your role
With us, there are no fixed boxes! You will be required to:
- To intervene on various assignments (project management, process optimisation, digital transformation, change management, etc.), for public and private clients in several sectors,
- Analyse the issues faced by our clients and propose concrete and innovative solutions,
- Support the implementation of the recommendations and monitor their long-term impact to ensure the value we provide to our clients,
- Working with various stakeholders: senior management, managers, operational staff,
- Actively participate in the development of the firm: developing new services, prospecting, continuous improvement… you won’t risk getting bored.
What we are looking for
- Young graduate or early-career professional.
- Graduate (Bachelor's degree / minimum BAC+3) from a business school, engineering school or university, with a strong affinity for "pragmatic" consulting, digitalisation, and project management.
- Interest in the commercial, industrial, public, and health sectors.
- Analytical mind, curiosity, desire to learn and share. A knife between the teeth, and not being afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Solution-oriented, able to work in a team but also independently.
- Intrapreneurial reflexes to help us develop the firm.
- Ability to navigate in a changing environment, with a good dose of adaptability and autonomy.
- Interpersonal ease and good communication (oral & written).
- Languages: French and English, at a minimum; if you also speak German and/or Luxembourgish, that's great!
- You must be eligible and authorised to work in Europe.
